With this project De Pinto deepens the relationship between Nature and Second Nature as he likes to describe digitally reproduced Nature.
The project was born as a collaboration with Art Director Paolo Gorgi who filmed and photographed the Oasi del Maglio in San Martino di Lupari and the Oasi del Maglio Association which protects this naturalistic heritage.
The presentation of the project took place during the summer event “Corteggiamo” that every year brings curious visitors to the streets, alleys and squares of San Martino di Lupari.
Corteggiamo is proposed as a festival of performing arts that took place in an area of the city center made pedestrianized, Via Cardinal Agostini. The city has therefore turned into an open-air stage, where the boundary between audience and actor is not well defined and often the roles are contaminated. The beating heart of the programme schedule were the historic gardens and hidden green areas, those that are normally not accessible to the public because they are privately owned or in any case undervalued, adjacent to the street. Art in those places has once again become a language that helps to bring man and nature closer together, promoting a relationship based on respect and interdependence, there were works by digital artists with interactive and experiential content. The street, for the occasion, had become the cultural and convivial living room of the city thanks to the involvement of local restaurants.
With the fifth chapter of the Alta Percezione project, the Cartavetrata association closed the project dedicated to digital art.
Alta Percezione is a project organized in five chapters made up of exhibitions, conferences, workshops and performances that took place between 2018 and 2019 on the theme of digital art. The project was conceived and organized by the association Cartavetrata and supported by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Padova e Rovigo through the call for proposals Culturalmente 2017, and with the contribution of some local companies that have virtuously supported art for the city. The project was sponsored by the City of San Martino di Lupari.
